Our events bring people, lots of people. Becoming an expo vendor means that riders, friends, family, and bystanders will be able to see, feel, and experience first hand what your product has to offer. Not a bad way to spend a weekend, don’t you think?



Tier 1: For-Profit Booth

  • 10×10 footprint, $200.00
  • 10×20 footprint, $350.00

Tier 2: Non-Profit Booth

  • 10×10 footprint, $100.00
  • 10×20 footprint, $175.00

Tier 3: Clubs/Teams, Local Market, Start-up Company

  • 10×10 footprint, $75.00
  • 10×20 footprint, $125.00

Late Registration: The last day to register for the Tour de Vineyards Expo without receive a late fee is Saturday, September 15th. Any company registering after this time will pay an additional $25.00 booth fee.

If you wish to have a sprinter van with your 10×10 tent, you must pay the 10×20 space price. If you plan to only use a sprinter van as your booth size, you may pay for a 10×10 space.


Tour de Vineyard’s Expo: Saturday, September 15th

The exhibitor schedule will be provided online in the coming weeks. This detail will include the times for load-in, the expo and load-out. Stay tuned!


Exhibitors receive complimentary on-site camping during Tour de Vineyards. To reserve you camping space, please email Liz –

Hotels in Palisades and Grand Junction will book quickly, because Tour de Vineyards is taking place the same weekend as the Colorado Mountain Winefest. We encourage exhibitors to reserve hotel lodging sooner rather than later.
